Residential Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and proactive Residential Support Worker to join our team in a day centre environment. You will play a key role in supporting individuals with e.g., learning disabilities, mental health conditions, physical disabilities, elderly clients to live fulfilling and independent lives during daytime hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide practical and emotional support to service users during the day

• Assist clients with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and recreational programs

• Encourage and facilitate participation in social, educational, and therapeutic activities

• Support the development of life skills to promote independence and wellbeing

• Monitor and record the progress, behaviour, and needs of individuals accurately

• Liaise with families, social workers, healthcare professionals, and other external agencies

• Follow care plans and risk assessments to ensure a safe, person-centred approach

• Ensure the day centre is a clean, welcoming, and inclusive environment

• Adhere to safeguarding, health & safety, and confidentiality policies at all times

UK experience is necessary .
