Gas Engineer

Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Gas Engineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.

We are looking for a Gas Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.

As the Gas Engineer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

The Gas Engineer, will be responsible for:

• We are looking a Gas Engineer to work with a range of Mitie clients where you're duties will range from PPM and Reactive Maintenance, including:
• Fabric & basic electrical tasks of buildings as required under contract.
• You will ensure all tasks are completed to the legislative standards and ensure all required paperwork is completed and submitted.
• You will also be required to carry out remedial, reactive and emergency tasks are completed within the allocated timescales.
• Complete these using whilst operating of a PDA.
• You will be able to assist other team members when required or directed from a Supervisor or Contract Manager.
• Offering a proactive approach to additional opportunities or works on site.

To be successful for this Gas Engineer role you must have:

• Up to date Commercial Tickets: COCN1, CDGA1, CIGA1, CORT1, ICPN1, TPCP1, CODC1, COMCAT1, COMCAT5, CCLNG1, CLE1
• Experience of Maintenance, Testing and Fault Finding on equipment including:
• Boiler plant, ventilation, pumps, switchgear, generators, small power and lighting (where applicable)
• Knowledge of Health & Safety and Safe Working Practices
