Job Title: Mechanic / Vehicle technician
Location: Blackburn
Salary: Up to GBP40,(Apply online only) per year (Dependent on Experience)
Holidays: 23 days annual leave + bank holidays

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Mechanic to join our team in Blackburn. The successful candidate will be responsible for vehicle servicing, MOT testing, and a wide range of repair work. Hours of work are Monday Friday, 8:30am 5:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out Vehicle servicing, replacement of brakes, clutches, tyres, cambelts and general vehicle repairs.
• Ability to work on own initiative and within a team.
• Reporting to the Master Technician.
• Performing MOT tests and ensuring vehicles meet legal standards
• Diagnosing and repairing faults efficiently
• Ensuring high standards of workmanship and safety

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a mechanic working on Cars, Vans or Motorhomes
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualified in Vehicle Maintenance and repair.
  
  
• MOT certification preferred (not essential)
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
