Project Manager Salter Grange is currently recruiting on behalf of a leading contractor delivering a new-build 6-storey, 136-bed student accommodation scheme in Cork. We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to take full ownership of the project from the outset. This is a client-facing role where you will lead the programme, manage design coordination, and oversee all aspects of delivery including internals, externals, and MEP. With additional blocks planned following the first phase, this is a long-term opportunity offering a strong pipeline of work. Key Responsibilities: Lead the day-to-day management of the 6-storey student accommodation build Represent the contractor in client and design team meetings Take ownership of the construction programme, sequencing, and logistics Manage site teams and subcontractors to deliver to schedule and quality Oversee all project elements including MEP coordination, internal fit-out, and fa??ades Ensure compliance with safety standards, building regulations, and company procedures Report on progress and risks to senior managementRequirements: Minimum 7+ years experience in a Project Manager or Senior Site Manager role Proven experience delivering complex new-build residential or accommodation projects Strong understanding of internals, externals, and MEP coordination Excellent communication and client-facing skills Ability to manage design teams and hold responsibility for programme delivery Full project lifecycle experience from design through to handover Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar (preferred)What s on Offer: Deliver a landmark student accommodation project in Cork Strong pipeline of future phases already in place Long-term role with a high-performing contractor Competitive salary and benefits package Apply now with your updated CV or contact Salter Grange for a confidential conversation.
