As Powder Coater, your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing metal surfaces (cleaning, sanding, etc.) for coating
• Applying powder coating to scaffold safety products using spray equipment
• Operating curing ovens and monitoring finish quality
• Performing quality checks and touch-ups as needed
• Maintaining equipment and following health & safety procedures
• Working with production teams to meet deadlines and specifications

As Powder Coater, your experience will include:

• Previous experience in powder coating or a similar finishing role
• Good eye for detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Understanding of health and safety in a factory setting
