Electrical Supervisor

We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical installations and ensure compliance with project specifications for a residential construction project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential electrical systems, team leadership, and project coordination.

Electrical Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site electrical work

• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations

• Review and interpret electrical plans, drawings, and specifications

• Manage and support electricians and subcontractors

• Monitor progress and report to project management

• Maintain quality control and resolve technical issues

• Coordinate with other trades to avoid delays or conflicts

Electrical Supervisor Requirements:

• Gold ECS card

• SSSTS / SMSTS

• 5+ years of residential electrical experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role

• Strong knowledge of residential wiring, systems, and code compliance

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• OSHA certification preferred
