About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Floor Layer specializing in vinyl flooring who also have other skills to join our team . This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of installation techniques. The successful candidate will work on a variety of projects, ensuring high-quality finishes that meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for vinyl flooring installation, ensuring a smooth and durable finish.
• Measure, cut, and install vinyl flooring to a high standard.
• Work efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining quality workmanship.
• Collaborate with site managers and other trades to ensure seamless project execution.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working order.
• Follow health and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in laying vinyl flooring .
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Knowledge of floor preparation and installation techniques.
• Own tools and reliable transport preferred.
