Senior Structural Design Engineer

What You'll Do:

• Lead and mentor our talented structural engineering team under expert guidance.
• Take independent ownership of projects and teams, driving them to success.
• Manage project finances, prepare proposals, and ensure profitability.
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits, perform structural surveys, and develop repair solutions for diverse issues.

Who You Are:

• Civil or Structural Engineering degree (or equivalent).
• Ideally chartered with ICE, IStructE, or equivalent, or actively pursuing it.
• Experienced in designing foundations, masonry, concrete, steel, and timber structures using Eurocodes.
• Residential market expertise in both traditional and framed construction.
• Commercial acumen with project financial management, client development, and appointment process experience.
• Experience in structural investigations for low-rise residential, medium-rise residential, and commercial projects.
• Familiarity with Tekla software (Tekla Structures & Tedds) and ideally AutoCAD/Revit.
• Strong leadership skills, influencing both internal and external audiences.
• Prior management experience a plus.
• Decisive, motivated, and autonomous with a drive for innovation.
