SALARY: GBP28,000 - GBP30,000

About the Role:

As Chef De Partie, you ll be responsible for running your section efficiently, supporting the Head Chef in delivering a high standard of food during breakfast, lunch, dinner, and events. This is a hands-on role in a fast-growing kitchen perfect for someone who thrives on quality, teamwork, and consistency.

Responsibilities of the role of Chef De Partie:

• Prepare and present dishes to agreed specs and standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of your section
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are followed at all times
• Assist in training and supporting junior kitchen staff
• Contribute to menu development and daily specials

The ideal candidate for this Chef De Partie role will be able to evidence:

• Previous experience as a Chef De Partie or a strong Commis Chef ready to step up
• Passion for fresh, seasonal cooking
• Organised, calm under pressure, and a team player
• Strong understanding of food safety and HACCP procedures
