Key Responsibilities Design and deliver high-quality structural engineering solutions across a diverse range of sectors. Produce detailed structural calculations, specifications, and construction drawings. Collaborate with architects, consultants, and contractors to deliver coordinated designs. Participate in client meetings and contribute to design workshops and technical reviews. Conduct site inspections, structural assessments, and supervise construction work as required. Support and mentor junior engineers and technical staff. Stay up to date with evolving technologies, materials, and sustainability standards. What We re Looking For Essential: Bachelor's or Master s Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering. Minimum 3 years of experience in structural design, ideally in a consultancy environment. Proficient in Eurocodes and local building regulations (Ireland/UK). Skilled in design software (e.g. Tekla, Robot, Revit, AutoCAD, or similar). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for architectural collaboration and quality-driven design. Desirable: Chartered Engineer status or working toward Chartership (CEng MIEI / MIStructE). Experience working on complex or landmark architectural projects. Familiarity with BIM workflows and sustainable design principles.
