What You ll Be Doing

• Setting up and operating 3-axis CNC machines for manufacturing and tool regrinding
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings to produce high-precision components
• Programming offline to improve efficiency and reduce downtime
• Carrying out routine checks, monitoring performance, and maintaining production quality
• Using both digital and manual measuring tools for inspection and QC
• Communicating clearly with your team about any production challenges
• Manual grinding experience is useful but not essential full training provided

What You ll Need

• Proven experience operating 3-axis CNC machines
• Some experience or confidence with CNC programming
• Solid understanding of engineering drawings and tolerances
• Great attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Comfortable using measuring equipment and working to tight specs
• A strong team player open to learning and occasional overtime
