Part-Time Accounts Clerk (Maternity Cover)

Part-Time 12 Month Maternity Cover Flexible Hours (School Hours Considered)

Are you an experienced Accounts Clerk looking for flexibility, variety, and a genuinely friendly workplace? A small, close-knit team who are looking for a warm, reliable and capable person to join on a part-time basis to cover maternity leave.

About the Role:

You ll be joining a hardworking team where your main responsibilities will include:

  • Credit control chasing payments and maintaining great client relationships
  • Reconciling and balancing accounts
  • Processing invoices, payments, and receipts
  • Maintaining accurate financial records using Sage Line 50
  • Supporting with general finance and office admin
  • Dealing with a high volume of transactions with care and accuracy

What You ll Need:

  • Solid experience in an all-round accounts or finance role
  • Confident user of Sage Line 50
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers
  • A positive, friendly attitude someone who works well independently and, in a team,
  • Comfortable working at pace with large volumes
