Health & Safety Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and oversee health and safety protocols in compliance with ISO45001 standards
• Conduct risk assessments and enforce preventative measures
• Lead internal audits and prepare reports for management review
• Liaise with regulatory authorities to ensure adherence to all legal and internal policies
• Drive continuous improvement in health and safety practices

Essential Skills and Experience:

• A robust understanding of ISO45001 occupational health and safety management
• Holder of the NEBOSH National Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety
• Chartered Membership of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (CMIOSH) - Desired
• Proven experience in a Health and Safety managerial role
• Exceptional organisational and leadership skills
• Strong communication abilities, with the capacity to engage effectively at all levels of the organisation
