Multi Skilled Site Services Engineer

Questech are recruiting on behalf of our client in York for a:

Contract - Multi Skilled Site Services Engineer.

The Person:

• NVQ level 3 or equivalent in a Electrical or multi-skilled discipline with corresponding practical experience
• Continuous improvement experience
• Must be a team player with a strong sense of personal responsibility / ownership.
• Must have Electrical and Mechanical Experience
• Must have previous Site Services experience within a factory environment which include the lighting, door systems, fabrication,
• You must be available to start Immediately

The Role:

• In this role you will be responsible for maintaining the site services equipment and completing electrical & Mechanical repairs across site.
• Planned, Preventative Maintenance
• Recommend improvements to maintenance schedules; carry out safety checks on equipment in line with legislation and best practice.
• Overhaul and repair of plant; continually monitor plant conditions and report defects.
• Ensure operational key information is effectively communicated to colleagues and other shift teams; complete any relevant documentation

• This role promises a competitive remuneration of 35 per hour.

• Candidates must bring to the table a blend of technical acumen and practical experience, underpinned by relevant qualifications.
• A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and the ability to work autonomously are key traits that will contribute to your success in this role.

The pay rate will be 35.00ph and you would be working Monday to Friday - Days
