Job Title: General Operative

Location: Haverhill, Suffolk

Salary: circa 26,000p.a. DOE

Hours: Monday - Thursday 08:00am - 05:00pm / Friday 08:00am - 1:00pm (hours will be contractual after probation period, to be discussed at interview stage)

Contract Type: Full time, permanent

Our client based in Haverhill, Suffolk is seeking a General Operative to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

As General Operative your duties will include:

• Assembly
• Assisting in the sheet metal department
• Operating a forklift
• Site work, assisting with installations
• Driving, collections / deliveries
• General housekeeping.

An ideal candidate for the General Operative role will have:

• Good work ethics and reliability
• Team player mentality with the ability to work alone also
• Ability to lift heavy items
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Ability to work to deadlines
• Full driving license (minimum of 12 months is essential).
