PSR are currently recruiting for a Finisher in Otley

Finisher Roles and Responsibilities

• Carry out finishing works on new build or refurbishment projects, including painting, plaster patching, sealing, and touch-ups.

• Complete snagging works identified on snag lists to ensure properties are finished to a high standard.

• Inspect completed jobs and make corrections where required to meet quality expectations.

• Work closely with site managers and supervisors to prioritise and complete snagging tasks.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.

Finisher - Requirements

• Proven experience as a Finisher, Snagger, or in a similar construction role.

• Strong skills in general finishing trades (painting, plastering, sealing, mastic work, etc.).

• Excellent eye for detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.

• Ability to read and follow snagging lists and site instructions.

• Own tools preferred, company tools may be provided.

• CSCS card and full UK driving licence desirable.
