A leader in the provision of property services and social housing maintenance is looking for experienced maintenance plumbers to partake in a bathroom replacement contract in Hastings. You will be working on planned maintenance, carrying out bathroom rip outs on social housing properties. The works will be based in and around the hastings area.
The successful candidate will have:
NVQ level 2 or equivalent in plumbing
At least three years property maintenance experience
Experience working in a domestic setting.
Experienced in bathroom rip outs
Own tool and transport
