Welder/Fabricator

We are recruiting for experienced MIG Welder/Fabricators to join our prestigious clients welding/fabrication team in the ST10 area.

Our client is one of the largest manufacturer of after-market exhausts and emissions components in the UK. You will be tasked with manufacturing exhausts, catalytic converters, mounting & accessories and DPF's.

You will be working from Welding JIG's, with some work being free hand when required. You will be welding light gauge steel from 1.5mm up to 2mm thick and working from detailed engineering drawings.

• Shift - Rotating shift pattern.
• Working hours: Week 1 - Mon-Fri 6:00am till 2:00pm, Week 2 - 2:00pm till 10:00pm/
• Salary: GBP14.92 up to GBP15.19 - Dependent on experience.
• Job Type: Permanent position, working with company from day one upon completion of successful interview.
• You will also receive a bonus of GBP1,000 after successful completion of your 3 month probation.

What you will need to succeed!

• Proven experience in welding & fabrication is essential - Minimum 2 years experience.
• Experienced working in a fast paced manufacturing environment and hitting targets set by management.
• Driving license or ability to travel to the ST10 area is essential.
• Ability to work rotational shifts is also essential.
