Hgv Class 2 Driver

Proactive Personnel are recruiting for class 2 drivers on behalf of an established client in the Runcorn area. It will be Monday to Friday two man delivery with a drivers mate and overtime will be available in peak times.

We can accept driver with 6 MONTHS EXPERIENCE on UMBRELLA paying 17.50

Inductions will be held 06:30 on the 16th of July 2025

Duties

• Perform vehicle checks and report any defects before and after your shift
• Work efficiently and in unison with the drivers mate to ensure accurate download and following of the running sheet
• Relay any lateness or delays to both the customer and depot
• Deliveries and collections
• Use a POD system to track and monitor deliveries

EXPERIENCE

• 2 Years of driving experience unless Umbrella
• Valid CPC and Tacho card
• Beer delivery preferred but not essential
