Double days - 6am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pm Monday - Friday

They have an exciting opening for a Senior Operator to support with growth and development within their Telford manufacturing facility.

The Senior Operator you will be responsible for:

• Leading and supporting a fast-paced production line to ensure smooth daily operations
• Maintaining strict compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
• Supervising and motivating team members to meet production targets
• Ensuring all products are manufactured to customer specifications and quality standards
• Accurately completing production paperwork and updating manufacturing systems in real time
• Upholding exceptional standards of cleanliness and organisation across the production area
• Managing staff break schedules to maintain continuous line performance
• Acting as the first point of contact for any operator queries or issues, resolving them efficiently

Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in a Senior Operator / Machine Operator / Line Leader role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• A natural aptitude for motivating and guiding teams
• Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Confident using IT systems to support production tracking and reporting
• Experience within a food manufacturing environment is highly desirable, though not essential
