We're working with a well-established manufacturer in Clacton-On-Sea who is currently seeking a Machine Minder to join their team on a temporary-to-permanent basis .

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous machine operating or production experience, looking for stability, growth, and long-term prospects.

Position Details:

• Location: Clacton-On-Sea, Essex
• Hours: Monday - Friday, 05:30 - 14:00
• Full-Time Role
• Pay: 12.21 per hour
• Paid weekly (via Prime Appointments during the temp period)

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating and monitoring basic machinery
• Carrying out light metal assembly work
• Working efficiently on a busy production line
• Meeting daily production targets
• Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
• Assisting with other general factory duties as required

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in manufacturing , production , or machine operation is essential
• A team player with strong communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Looking for a long-term role with potential for permanent employment
