Location: Royston (SG8)

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for a client local to Royston to help drive the R&D efforts of their rapidly growing technology business.

Responsibilities

Support and participate in manufacturing activities to understand product development and testing
Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the manufacture of existing and new released designs
Continuous improvement of processes

Requirements

Proven experience in a Manufacturing or Process Engineering role, ideally within robotics, automation, or advanced assembly.
Strong understanding of lean manufacturing, standardised work and process development.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills; data-driven and detail-oriented.
Confident communicator, capable of working with cross-functional teams including R&D, supply chain and external partners.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-focused engineering environment.
