Manufacturing Technician

Location: Cambridge (CB25) Duration: Permanent Hours: 8:30am until 4:30pm (Monday to Friday) Salary: Up to 29,000 Job Reference: 35798 Polytec are looking for a Manufacturing Technician for our client based a few miles north of Cambridge. Responsibilities: Assemble devices, test, configure, pack all products/units effectively to specified quality standards, HSE and ESD conditions Conduct testing of products returned due to failure in the field in accordance with documented procedures Support in the investigation and implementation of production related corrective and preventative actions Ensure works orders are started and completed in line with production schedule and in accordance with relevant procedures ensuring 'right first time' approach is maintained Prioritise and promote health and safety in the workplace Requirements: Good manual dexterity skills and affinity for detailed manual work Electromechanical assembly/PCB soldering, assembly and testing experience Experience working within a medical device regulated environment would be helpful IT literate, familiar with Microsoft Office Familiar with modern manufacturing systems Please contact us as soon as possible for more details or apply below!
