• 2 Shift Pattern (Days and Nights)
• Temp to Perm after 12 weeks

Pin Point Recruitment are looking for experienced Production Operatives for a global leader manufacturing company in the North Tyneside area.

2 Shift Pattern 12 hr Continental shift pattern consisting of days and nights

(Every other weekend off)

Days 06 30

Nights 18 30

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Operating machinery and equipment in the production process.
• Assemble, inspect, and package products with precision and care.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
• Maintain a clean and organised work space.
• Contribute to process improvements and efficiency

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience within a manufacturing environment
• Desire to excel within a continuous manufacturing environment
• Keen eye for detail
• Good worth ethic and willing to learn new skills
• Demonstrate innovative and problem-solving approach to work
