Hgv Class 1 Driver

Pin Point Recruitment are looking for an experienced Class 1 Driver for our client based in Earls Colne. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Class 1 Driver and will be responsible for ensuring timely and safe delivery of goods. This role is crucial for maintaining our high standards of service and customer satisfaction.

HGV Class 1 Driver Role:

• Operate vehicle in compliance with all road safety regulations and company policies.
• Transport goods to various locations, ensuring timely deliveries.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in safe working condition.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving on public roads.

HGV Class 1 Driver Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Class 1 driver, with a valid HGV licence.
• Good communication skills for effective interaction with colleagues and clients.
• Over 12 months experience driving a Class 1

We have nights and days available, both 6-6 shifts.
