Logistics & Operations Support
Birmingham
Temporary up to 12 months (possibly permanent)
Full-time, Tuesday to Saturday, 10am 6pm (subject to change in Feb 2026)
GBP12.60 per hour

We re on the lookout for a unique and adaptable candidate to step into a dynamic dual-role, covering Operations and Logistics for up to 12 months. This would role would suit someone from a Logistics/document control background. Someone who is prepared to be hands on in unpacking stock and a good administrator. This is all lightweight materials.

You will be:

  • Collaborate with logistics teams, couriers, suppliers, and internal departments
  • Co-ordinating shipments of products
  • Update status of inbound/outbound shipments
  • Organise workflow and prepare materials for dispatch
  • Handle purchase orders, invoices, discrepancies, and supplier communications

You will be required to have:-

  • A background in inventory control or logistics
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel to include Vlookups, Hlookups and Pivot Tables)
  • A hands-on attitude, strong attention to detail and process improvement mindset
