22.36 per hour Full-time, 36.25 hrs per week Monday to Friday
Our public sector client is seeking
two experienced HR Advisors
to join their People & OD team on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting managers and employees across the organisation.
Main Purpose of the Role:
To deliver a comprehensive HR advisory service, providing professional support, guidance, and expertise on all HR matters, in line with employment legislation, organisational policies, and best practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise and support managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and conditions of service (local and national)
Provide case management support, including investigations, hearings, and complex employee relations matters
Partner with managers to address issues such as absence, conduct, performance, and grievance cases
Contribute to the delivery of organisational development, resourcing, talent management, and employee experience initiatives
Ensure compliance with employment law, codes of practice, and internal policies
Promote best practice, positive employee relations, and organisational effectiveness
