Proven experience operating wheeled material handlers, loading shovels, or other mobile plant machinery
Ability to organise workloads and support colleagues on-site

A safety-first mindset and dedication to operational excellence
Access to a vehicle due to location

What you'll be doing:

Operating a wheeled material handler with raising cab, plus other mobile plant as required
Supervising daily activities and ensuring smooth task allocation
Maintaining compliance with health, safety, and site standards
Supporting recycling performance and assisting with reporting
