Coded Welder

Job Title: Coded MIG Welder
Location: Bromsgrove
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:30am - 4:00pm Friday, 7:30am - 3:00pm
Pay: 16 - 18 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)

About the Role:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Coded MIG Welder, with a strong background in pipe welding, to join our team in Bromsgrove. This is a full-time, permanent position offering consistent hours and competitive pay in a clean and professional working environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Carry out high-quality MIG welding on pipework to coded standards
Interpret technical drawings and work to precise specifications
Ensure all welds meet safety and quality standards
Perform routine checks and maintain welding equipment
Collaborate with the team to meet production deadlines

Requirements:

Valid welding coding (preferably in MIG pipe welding)
Proven experience in pipe welding, particularly using the MIG process
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
