With a growing presence in Solihull, they are expanding their team and looking for an experienced and motivated Ocean Freight Operator to join their fast-paced, dynamic operation.

What You'll Be Doing

Delivering excellent customer service and building strong client relationships
Coordinating shipments across ocean collection to delivery
Liaising with overseas offices and agents to ensure smooth operations

What We're Looking For

Minimum 3 years of experience in freight forwarding
Hands-on experience in ocean freight (Import or Export)
Strong communication and organisational skills
A proactive, team-focused mindset with a passion for logistics
