General Labourer - Production Plant
Location: Alcester
Pay Rate: 12.21 per hour
Hours: Full-time
We are seeking hardworking General Labourers to join our team at a busy production plant in Alcester. This is a physically demanding role that involves heavy lifting and requires a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:

Performing heavy lifting and manual handling tasks throughout the shift.
Supporting the production process by loading and unloading materials.
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the work area.
Following health and safety guidelines at all times.

Requirements:

Physically fit and capable of handling heavy loads regularly.
Comfortable working in a labour-intensive environment.
Ability to work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
Previous experience in a factory or warehouse is beneficial but not essential.
