Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyor Location: Bournemouth

Chartered preferred but not essential!

Salary: competitive based upon experience and qualifications + benefits

I am looking for a Quantity Surveyor and an intermediate and a project level QS, client side Quantity Surveyor to join my clients team based in the Bournemouth area.

The role will involve all stages of construction projects from initial inception through to final account and life cycle management.

Strong communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)

Personable nature

A desire to learn and the ability to learn quickly

A reasonable understanding of construction methodologies and techniques

The ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines

Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Preferably degree (or equivalent) educated (not necessarily in quantity surveying) although this is not absolutely essential

A full clean driving licence and own vehicle
