Location: Dorking
Hours: 40 hours per week (Double Day Shift)

• Week 1: 5:45am 1:45pm

• Week 2: 2:15pm 10:15pm
  (Alternating weekly)

Salary: Up to GBP33,546 (depending on experience)

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals with an industrial or engineering background to join a market-leading automotive company based in Dorking.

In this hands-on role, you will be working with grinding and sanding tools to prepare metal surfaces for painting. No prior experience in grinding or fettling is necessary what we value most is a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Grinding, fettling, and polishing metal components

• Preparing metals using hand tools

• Supporting the welding workshop

• Prepping metal surfaces for paint

What We re Looking For:

• Industrial or engineering background (preferred)

• Physically fit and comfortable with manual work

• Willing to get hands dirty and work as part of a team

• Eagerness to learn and develop new skills
