Content Creator

We're on the lookout for a detail-oriented Content Creator to help us transform static training materials into engaging, professional-quality training videos. This is a project-based role , ideal for someone with a strong eye for detail, a passion for clear communication, and experience using AI video creation tools like Synthesia (or similar).

• Convert existing training content (currently in PowerPoint format) into dynamic, learner-friendly video content

• Use AI tools (e.g., Synthesia) or other video creation platforms to bring training material to life

• Design and structure content for clarity, engagement, and instructional impact

• Deliver polished, high-quality video outputs ready for deployment on digital platforms

• Proven experience creating training or instructional content, ideally in a video-first format

• Proficiency with Synthesia or similar AI-driven content creation platforms

• Strong visual storytelling skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively

• Familiarity with eLearning best practices is a plus

This is a project based temporary role. There may be a possibility of hybrid working but you will need to live within a commutable distance to Sandwich.
