6am-3.30pm / 10.30am-8pm rotating shift Monday - Friday

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and reputable client in the logistics and distribution sector, seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead a busy and fast-paced warehouse operation.

The role of Warehouse Supervisor means you'll take full responsibility for the day-to-day supervision of the warehouse staff and operations. You'll ensure goods are processed, picked, and dispatched correctly and on time, while maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Supervising and coordinating warehouse staff, shifts, and daily workload
• Overseeing goods-in, put-away, replenishment, picking, and order prep
• Ensuring compliance with order checking and loading procedures
• Managing parcel and pallet carrier dispatches
• Organising warehouse waste management (cardboard, plastic, pallets, general)
• Admin and reporting tasks related to warehouse operations
• Covering for the Transport Manager and Stock Controller when required

To be considered for the role of Warehouse Supervisor, you will be a confident team leader with strong organisational skills and a hands-on approach.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in warehouse supervision or team leadership
• Strong people management, communication, and time management skills
• A proactive, can-do attitude and attention to detail
• Physically fit and able to work in an active warehouse environment
• Full UK driving licence
• Valid FLT licences (counterbalance and narrow aisle)
• CPC certification (preferred but not essential)
