Transport & Dispatch Coordinator Fresh Produce Kent

We're partnered with a well-established business in Kent who need a hands on Logistics and Dispatch Coordinator to drive the daily outbound logistics. You'll be working with a team of 2 dispatch admins ensuring everything is running smoothly

What you'll be doing:

Leading the distribution team to drive performance standards and ensure a smooth operation within the dispatch area.
Liaising with hauliers across multiple clients to coordinate deliveries in accordance with orders to maintain high customer service levels
Supporting the admin team and adding to their own personal development
Working with the wider team looking at planning and and focusing on creating a culture of continuous performance

What you'll need:

Experience in a dispatch, transport or logistics coordination role, ideally within food, FMCG, or fresh produce
Excellent organisational skills with an ability to manage time-critical operations
A working knowledge of transport legislation and Health & Safety compliance
Clear communication and confidence liaising with multiple departments
Proactive problem-solving and a continuous improvement mindset

What's on offer:

35k- 40k salary
23 days holidays + 8 bank holidays
A Monday to Friday role with office based hours (occasional weekend work to cover admin team is required)
