Maintenance Supervisor

Position : Property & Maintenance Supervisor
Location : West London and Surrounding Areas
Hours : 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with occasional evenings/weekends
Salary : 45k
Job Purpose :
Responsible for overseeing maintenance and compliance for Clients property portfolio. This includes managing a team of supervisors and operatives, ensuring statutory obligations and best practices in maintenance, repairs, safety, and cyclical works are met.
Key Responsibilities :

• 
  Lead and manage a team to deliver efficient maintenance services across multiple sites.
• 
  Ensure all statutory compliance, safety, and quality standards are met.
• 
  Oversee the planning, budgeting, and financial management for property-related works (budget over 1m).
• 
  Collaborate with Property and Housing teams to ensure cost-effective service delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.
• 
  Manage relationships with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders, ensuring value for money and performance standards are achieved.
• 
  Handle the void process, manage high-risk/high-rise buildings, and ensure safety case compliance.
• 
  Drive a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and staff engagement through coaching and development.
• 
  Respond to out-of-hours emergencies and investigate complaints as needed.
