SEND Support Staff

We are recruiting for a SEND Support Worker to work in one of our partnered SEND schools in Alderley (SK9) on a permanent basis starting ASAP! This role is term time only and the hours are 9:15am - 4pm. Your role & responsibilities: Promote inclusion and acceptance of all children Delivering 1-2-1 sessions if needed Support pupils consistently whilst responding to their individual needs Work with the teacher in lesson planning, evaluating and adjusting lessons/work plans as appropriate Non-negotiables: Must have recent and relevant experience in an education setting Must drive Must possess good numeracy and literacy skills Holds a Level 2/3 qualification (CACHE, Childcare, NNEB, Etc.) or relevant experience Must have the ability to work under the guidance of the classroom teacher INSHF
