Implementation Manager (CCTV, Access control, Networks)

Implementation Manager needed for a contract role at Heathrow. This position is integral to the security transformation programme, providing technical support, project management, and engineering services to Heathrow Airport. You will be working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment as part of a dedicated delivery team that designs and installs passive comms infrastructure, including networks, terminals, displays, access control systems, and CCTV.

This role is inside IR35 and will be PAYE only

• Overseeing the design and delivery to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Managing the full project lifecycle, from tender to closeout.
• Ensuring the installation of networking and communications infrastructure, including CAT5 and CAT6 structured cabling.
• Working closely with suppliers and internal teams to deliver project milestones.
• Solving problems proactively to ensure seamless project delivery.

• Experience in network and telecommunications engineering.
• Strong understanding of data communications and CAT5/CAT6 structured cabling.
• Substantial skills and experience in Telecoms or Security Systems.
• Broad knowledge of specialised telecoms services; specific airport experience is advantageous.
• Experience in live environment deployments is beneficial.
• Proficiency in LAN technology is essential.
• Experience with wireless technology, CCTV, and access control systems is a plus.
• Formal education to C&G, HNC, or A-level standard.
• Knowledge of project management and network technology is desirable but not essential.
• Proficiency with MS Project, MS Visio, MS Excel, and MS Word is required.
• Training on Heathrow-specific applications will be provided.

This role is Inside IR35 and will be PAYE only - rate negotiable
