FP&A Analyst

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented FP&A Analyst for a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role will support the key clients to deliver to deliver accurate forecasting, reporting, and month-end processes across this media business.

• Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning, Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare 2-year rolling forecasts collaborating with Commercial, Production, Legal, and Finance teams.
• Produce periodic cash-flow forecasts
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial results, including analysis and commentary.
• Ensure compliance with commercial and contractual reporting requirements related to rights properties.

Process Improvement & Support

• Assist in standardising workbooks and processes to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of month-end close procedures.
• Support the Controllership team with month-end reconciliations and reporting tasks.
• Continuously identify and implement improvements in reporting and forecasting processes.

• Required Skills & Experience

• Qualified - ACCA,ACA,CIMA Accountant
• Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles.
• Demonstrated experience in financial planning and analysis , preferably within the media industry .
• Experience working within a multinational business .
• Hands-on experience with SAP accounting systems .
• Confident, flexible team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with commercial stakeholders.
• Able to work independently, using initiative to identify and resolve issues effectively.
