Electro-Mechanical Technician

We are currently looking for Electro-Mechanical Technicians to join a leading manufacturing company based in Crawley.
This hands-on role involves the build and assembly of special purpose machinery, including mechanical fitting, electrical wiring, and working to tight tolerances.

• Build and assemble various types of special purpose machinery and sub-assemblies from scratch
• Precision mechanical fitting and assembly work
• Point-to-point wiring, cable crimping, and termination
• Use a range of hand tools (spanners, screwdrivers, ratchet sets) and power tools
• Read and work from detailed engineering drawings
• Use of measuring equipment such as Verniers and Micrometers
• Experience with vacuum systems is beneficial
• Must be able to work to very tight tolerances
• Previous experience building complex machinery is essential

• Training Rate: 14.01 per hour
• Standard Shift Rate: 16.11 per hour
• Overtime 1.5 (OT 1.5x): 21.02 per hour

• Training Period:
  • 6:30 am - 3:30 pm (Monday to Friday)
• After Training:
  • 6:30 am - 6:30 pm (4 days on / 4 days off)
