Groundworks Labourers & 360 Drivers

Madisons Recruitment are looking for x4 Groundworks Labourers and a 360 Machine Driver to start Tuesday 29th July in Aylesbury on a 3 week contract.

You will be assisting the team on site with digging the ground for cabling to go into a substation. Experience with groundworks and tools is essential.

Responsibilities

• Digging trenches for foundations, drainage, and utilities.
• Assisting with deep excavations or bulk earthworks
• Using hand and power tools (e.g., breakers, compactors).
• Supporting plant operators and sometimes assisting with machinery under supervision
• Following all site health and safety procedures.
• Wearing appropriate PPE and reporting hazards
• Supporting groundworkers, plant operators, and engineers as needed.

Requirements

• CSCS card (Essential)
• NPORS/CPCS card (Essential for Machine driver)
• Experience with groundworks & using basic hand tools
• Understanding of site safety regulations.
• Physical fitness and stamina.
• Full Uk Driving License (Desirable)
