Counterbalance Forklift Driver

M4 Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse operation based in Swindon. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on night shifts and is looking to secure a long-term role with consistent hours and responsibilities.

Working Hours: 7:00 PM 4:00 AM (Sunday to Thursday)

Pay Rate: GBP14.42

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a counterbalance forklift to load, unload, and move goods

• Banding and wrapping products in preparation for delivery

• Picking and handling large sheet materials

• Performing general warehouse duties, including some heavy lifting

• Ensuring all tasks are completed in line with health and safety standards

• Keeping the working area clean, organised, and hazard-free

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence

• Previous experience in a similar warehouse or logistics environment

• Comfortable with manual handling and working in a physically demanding role

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Reliable, punctual, and a team player

• Ability to work independently and meet performance targets
