The company is internationally recognised for providing innovative, high-value engineering solutions for the design, construction, maintenance, and development of nuclear infrastructure.

Job Description:

A general operative role would involve providing support on construction sites, in warehouses, or in factory settings, with specific duties varying depending on the location. These roles often involve tasks like material handling, site maintenance, and general assistance to other workers.

Key Responsibilities:

Supportive role:

• General operatives provide essential support to other workers and teams.

Diverse duties:

• The specific tasks can vary greatly based on the project and location, but often include material handling, site maintenance, and housekeeping.

Construction, warehousing, and factory environments:

• The role can be found in a variety of settings, including construction sites, warehouses, and factories.

Safety and compliance:

Requirements:

• V6 - Welding, machining and maintenance technician

Technical Skills:

• Experience of stores process and procedures

• Challenges what is considered unacceptable behaviours

• Experience of working in a production and engineering environment.

• Operates in a safe and secure manner

• Knowledge of current Health & Safety regulations.
