Warehouse Technician Assistant

Location: Redhill
Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Support:

• Support stock movement, deliveries, and dispatch.
• Book in/out stock accurately using internal systems.
• Local deliveries using company vehicle.
• Assist with stock transfers and stocktaking.
• Maintain a clean, secure warehouse environment.
• Help with general facilities tasks as required.

Technician Support:

• Respond to basic customer technical queries.
• Inspect, test, and repair products (on-site or off-site).
• Write procedures and test/demo new products.
• Update systems with product bundles and service notes.
• Test lithium-ion batteries.

Requirements:

• Physically able to lift 20-25kg to 1.6m.
• Basic mechanical/technical skills (e.g., bike or small appliance repair).
• Understanding of simple electrics (e.g., lawnmowers).
• Basic IT and Excel skills; CRM system experience.
• Full, clean driving licence.
