Production Operative

We re hiring for a Production Operative to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Chapel-en-le-Frith, High Peak. This is a great opportunity to become part of a friendly, supportive team in a company that values their workforce.

What s on offer?

• GBP14.29 per hour
• Set weekly shifts: 6-2 / 2-10 Monday - Friday
• Weekly pay
• Full PPE provided + onsite lockers
• Free onsite parking
• Long-term contract with the potential of a permanent contract

What will you be doing as a Production Operative?

• Packing finished products to a high standard and moving pallets using pump trucks
• Feeding and operating machinery, ensuring production runs smoothly
• Monitoring and recording hourly production output, working towards team KPIs

What do you need?

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail background in quality control is a bonus
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Reliable and punctual, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Physically fit and able to perform repetitive tasks on your feet
