About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Geo-Environmental Engineer, Geotechnical Engineer or Engineering Geologist to join our client in Oxford. The ideal candidate will have 2 + years experience working on brownfield development projects for a consultancy or site investigation contractor. The role will offer a good mix of SI, report writing and ground engineering. This role is the ideal next step if you are looking for something more than just site investigation.

Project Scope

The role will involve working on various technical phases of projects both on-site and in the office. You will gain experience across earthworks (specifications and implementation), foundation design, and reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in geology/engineering geology/geotechnics/geoenvironmental engineering or related field
  • Experience with phase 1 & 2 site investigations in the UK, including logging soil & rock samples and site monitori2 + years experience working on brownfield development projects for a consultancy or site investigation contractor ng,
  • Ability to deliver reports on a factual and/or interpretive basis
  • UK driving license
