Production Supervisor

Jackson Hogg is supporting a growing manufacturing team in Northumberland. This role will be instrumental in ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant production, with a hands-on focus on developing a new facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creating a safe work environment through hazard awareness, safety observations, and robust risk assessments
• Ensuring all equipment is compliant with EHS standards and GMP guidelines are followed
• Driving 5S workplace organisation and standardised visual management across all lines
• Embedding monthly quality KPI reviews with clear actions and accountability
• Supporting SOP generation, commissioning, and team development for a new facility

Key Behaviours:

• Proven leadership within a production or manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of GMP, quality systems, and continuous improvement practices
• Safety-first mindset with experience implementing risk assessments and 5S standards
• Confidence in leading teams, managing metrics, and ensuring compliance across all functions
