HGV Class 1 Driver

Here at Hiregiant we are looking for experienced HGV Class 1 Drivers with container experience to work with one of our well-established client in Walsall for ongoing day work.

This particular company are well known locally, having operated in the area for over 20 years. This thriving national company focuses on all aspects of container work across the UK.

The Role:

The HGV Class 1 driver will be required to work Monday to Friday. The work starts immediately and involves collections and deliveries of containers.

Requirements for this role:

The HGV Class 1 Driver will require:

• Must have a minimum of 1 year HGV class 1 driving experience
• Previous experience working with containers is a must!
• C+E entitlement on their licence
• Fridge experience needed!
• Valid Digital tacho & CPC Card
• No more than 6 points on licence
• Safety Boots & Hi Viz Vest
• Previous fridge experience is essential

Hours & Pay:

The start times are around between 05:00am - 9:00am ongoing Monday to Friday.

The hourly rate for this role is:

15.00 - 16.00 per hour Monday to Friday PAYE
