Apprentice Nursery Practitioner / Nursery Assistant

An amazing opportunity has come up at a stunning, outstanding rated nursery / preschool in Brighton/Hove, who are looking to recruit new talent having recently promoted several people within the setting.

We are looking for dedicated, enthusiastic people who have a real passion for working with and developing young minds and who are looking to start, or develop in their career and are happy to take on the required, fully funded courses.

Main responsibilities of the Apprentice Nursery Practitioner include:

• Supporting the staff and management in providing the highest level of support and learning
• Creating a supportive and inclusive environment for the children
• Observations and write ups on children's development
• Making the most of the beautiful surroundings by taking children on day trips to the beach, local parks, farms and more
• Attendance and completion of a fully funded Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years

The ideal Nursery Assistant will:

• Be passionate about childcare
• Have great communication skills
• Be ambitious and hard working
